PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR HOSHINO COFFEE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Hoshino Coffee Membership Programme. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Hoshino Coffee for products, services, or otherwise.
Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Membership and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Membership Programme at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions here. Your participation in the Membership Programme confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications.
2. Membership Eligibility
Hoshino Coffee Membership is open to individuals who register through authorised channels at participating Hoshino Coffee Malaysia outlets. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- Hoshino Coffee Member cannot be sold, transferred, assigned to, or shared with family, friends, or others.
- Your Membership will be for your own use only and you will not share your Membership QR code or login details with anyone else.
- Hoshino Coffee Membership registered and activated in Malaysia cannot be used in any Hoshino Coffee stores outside Malaysia.
3. Points Accumulation
Members may earn points on qualifying purchases at participating Hoshino Coffee Malaysia outlets. Points are earned on dine-in and takeaway transactions only.
Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to change the way "Points" are spent and accrued at any time prior to notice of Members. Any misuse of the Membership Programme leads to immediate and definitive disqualification for any further membership.
4. Points Redemption
Points can be used to purchase items at participating outlets. These items include food, beverages and retail merchandise.
- Member may redeem Points and Rewards only for dine-in and takeaway transactions only.
- The accumulated Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged in cash.
- Points redemption is subject to availability and Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to modify or withdraw any reward at any time.
5. Points Expiry
Effective from 1 April 2023, all the points accumulated (and not redeemed and expired) will expire every 1 year from the day the points were collected. Members are encouraged to redeem their points regularly to avoid expiry.
6. Tier Benefits
Once you have reached a specific tier within the Hoshino Coffee Membership Programme, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that tier only. Tier benefits are non-transferable and may be subject to change without prior notice.
7. Lost or Stolen Phone
Should the member lose his/her phone, or should the phone with the activated membership be stolen, Hoshino Coffee cannot be held liable in the event that it was not reasonably possible for it to fulfil its obligations. Under any circumstances whatsoever, Hoshino Coffee is fully waived of any liabilities. Please contact us immediately at hoshinocoffee.malaysia@gmail.com if your phone is lost or stolen.
8. Programme Termination
Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to terminate any account and/or one's participation in the programme if Hoshino Coffee determines in its sole discretion that one has violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of one's account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Hoshino Coffee reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Hoshino Coffee Membership Programme at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hoshino Coffee shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, war, fire, explosion, acts of terrorism, governmental action, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond its control.
10. Privacy Policy
Hoshino Coffee Malaysia is committed to protecting your personal information. Information collected during membership registration is used solely for the purposes of administering the Membership Programme and communicating relevant promotions and updates.
- We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Your data is stored securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia.
- You may request to access, update or delete your personal information by contacting us at hoshinocoffee.malaysia@gmail.com.
