All Hoshino Coffee Malaysia outlets are open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Hours may vary on public holidays or during special events. We recommend calling your nearest outlet to confirm before visiting on a public holiday.

Yes, Hoshino Coffee Malaysia accepts reservations for groups and special occasions. We recommend reserving at least 14 days in advance. Please call us at 03-5611 7686 or email hoshinocoffee.malaysia@gmail.com to make a reservation.

Yes, Hoshino Coffee Malaysia offers takeaway services and delivery through available food delivery platforms. Please check with your nearest outlet for the latest delivery options available in your area.

Yes, Hoshino Coffee offers several vegetarian-friendly options including certain salads, pasta dishes and beverages. However, we recommend checking with our staff regarding specific ingredients, as our menu is crafted in a shared kitchen environment.

Joining is completely free! Visit any Hoshino Coffee Malaysia outlet and ask our staff to register you for the membership programme. Upon sign-up, you will receive a free cup of our signature Hoshino Coffee as a welcome gift. Visit our Membership page to learn more.

Show your membership QR code at the point of payment to earn points on every purchase. Points can be redeemed for food, beverages and retail merchandise at participating outlets. Points redemption is only available for dine-in and takeaway transactions.

Effective from 1 April 2023, all accumulated points (that have not been redeemed) will expire every 1 year from the day they were collected. We recommend redeeming your points regularly to avoid expiry.

No. Hoshino Coffee Membership registered and activated in Malaysia is valid only at Hoshino Coffee Malaysia outlets. It cannot be used at Hoshino Coffee stores in other countries such as Japan, Singapore or Indonesia.

No. Hoshino Coffee Membership points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned to or shared with family, friends or others. Your membership is for your personal use only and must not be shared with anyone. Accumulated Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Our most loved dishes include the Pancake Soufflé, Hoshino Spaghetti, Pot-Baked Curry Rice with Chicken and the Teriyaki Chicken Platter with Onsen Egg. For beverages, the Hoshino Blend Coffee and Matcha Latte are customer favourites.

All our soufflés are made fresh to order. Please allow approximately 15–20 minutes for your soufflé to be prepared, depending on crowd levels. We believe the wait is entirely worth it — each soufflé is baked fresh and served immediately for the best experience.

Yes. We use only 100% premium Arabica coffee beans, carefully selected by our coffee blend specialist Master Kanno. Our coffee is never blended with Robusta beans, ensuring a consistently smooth, full-bodied and well-balanced cup every time.
